Agency One was founded in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic a time when small businesses were fighting to stay afloat. We exist to bridge the gap for migrant entrepreneurs, building their confidence and capability in the digital landscape.
About the Founder
Sharmi is a marketing and social impact specialist with over 15 years of experience across non-profit, retail, and private and government sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Master's in Sustainability from the University of Sydney. As the Founder of Agency One, Sharmi develops tailored marketing strategies rooted in storytelling, cultural insight, and strategic partnerships — helping businesses stand out, connect with their audiences, and grow sustainably.
